Shipping Information

Your orders will be delivered safely and securely with one of the shipping companies we offer on the checkout page.  Usually, all orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse within 48-72 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details via e-mail once your order has left our facility. 

Duties and Taxes

In general, orders outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and/or additional taxes or expenses. You will be responsible for the payment of any such additional duties and/or taxes.

Canada Shipping Information

Please be aware that all orders with a retail value totalling $20 CAD (approx. 15 USD) or more, will be subject to import duties and handling fees. For more information about this, contact your local customs authority.
