Introducing the gorgeous new, limited edition Cotton/Bamboo blend ombre yarn cakes. Bamboo is harvested from bamboo grass and spun into this beautiful yarn. This mix makes very soft and breathable bamboo and cotton blend yarn. Perfect for baby clothes, blankets and many other projects.
Four or Six strands are held together while winding and are not spun together or twisted. Colours are changed at set rates and attached by a tiny knot, creating long slow changes of colour. Perfect for various projects, from scarves and blankets to ponchos and sweaters.
The centre pull balls may be worked from either the centre or the outside. Knots are very secure and ends may be clipped or worked into the fabric. They will virtually disappear into the fabric.
Recommended crochet hook: 3 – 5
Recommended needles: 3 – 4.5

Care:
- 30° in wool or gentle wash cycle
- Lying dry
- Do not put it into the dryer
- Please note; that the project may shrink up to 10% after washing if washed in a regular cycle. Please take care when washing (wash on a delicate cycle)

Due to current limitations, all yarn cakes over 300g will be divided into two. (they will be numbered and will specify which one to start with) please refer to a chart posted in the gallery.

This is a beautiful and soft yarn that creates a really lovely effect. The way they change 1 thread at a time gives a gradient effect and the tiny knots are invisible. The yarn is made up of separate threads which are not wound together which can make it easy to catch them as you're pulling through a stitch and if you have multiple cakes (the 1500m comes in 2 cakes) you can't do an invisible russian join to transition between them.
My only criticism would be it would be great to have a darker grey to make the transition to black less obvious. And in general I would love a lot more colour options just because it is so great and I want all the colours on this natural, sustainable yarn.
I used 1500m and using a c2c stitch it worked up to a 80cm square blanket (plus extra yarn for border)
